The Barcelona International Boat Show 2025 returned from October 8 to 12 with an expanded edition that placed a stronger focus on the superyacht sector and the growing international marine market.
Organized by Fira de Barcelona in collaboration with Spain’s National Association of Nautical Companies (ANEN), the 62nd edition of the event increased its exhibition footprint to include new areas across Barcelona’s waterfront, including Moll de la Fusta, Marina Port Vell, and additional dock space along the city’s iconic pier.
Reflecting its increased scale and diversity, the 2025 show welcomed nearly 200 exhibitors and approximately 260 boats, with 130 yachts displayed directly on the water. A significant highlight was the strong presence of mid-size luxury yachts, with 24 percent of the fleet ranging between 16 and 30 meters in length.
Leading international brands such as Absolute, Azimut, Bluegame, De Antonio Yachts, Excess, Fjord, Jeanneau, Pardo, Rodman, Sasga, Sealine, Solaris, X-Yachts, Yamaha, and Zodiac were among the key exhibitors. Major industry groups including Brunswick and the Beneteau Group presented a wide range of vessels, while renowned catamaran builders such as Leopard, Lagoon, and Fountaine Pajot attracted strong interest from visitors.
Several prominent companies made their debut at the 2025 edition, including Sunreef Yachts, Horizon—showcasing the new Horizon FD 100 model—Maxim, and Rio Yachts, further reinforcing the show’s growing global appeal.
In addition to yachts and boats, a wide range of marine products and accessories were presented, with brands such as Garmin, Yamaha, and Movilmotors showcasing advanced engines, marine electronics, and onboard systems.
A major new feature of the event was “The Village,” a 2,500-square-meter hospitality and networking hub located on Drassanes Pier. Designed as a central meeting point for buyers, exhibitors, and industry professionals, the space hosted exclusive brand activations and premium catering curated by renowned chef Rafa Zafra.
The 2025 Barcelona International Boat Show once again confirmed its position as one of the most dynamic and influential yachting exhibitions in the Mediterranean, offering an exceptional platform for innovation, networking, and luxury marine lifestyle experiences.
